Technical engineer

The job description：

1. Responsible for product technical explanation, answering customers' consultation on optical communication products of the company;

2. Assisted the sales staff in formulating project technical solutions and solving related technical problems;

3. Responsible for the daily management of test environment and R&D environment;

4. Provide on-site support for project implementation and complete project delivery as agreed in the contract;

5. Train the customer's operators and technicians to make them operate and use the system and equipment correctly;

6. Daily technical support for the company's website and office environment.

Job description:

1. Planning and consulting: planning and consulting for informatization construction projects of major and important customers in the industry, including demand survey, feasibility report, project proposal, informatization budget, planning scheme, etc.;

2. Provide pre-sale and after-sale technical support for products or services, including consultation, pre-sale solutions, product training, on-site technical guidance and assist in after-sale failure analysis and troubleshooting, etc.

3. Cooperate with sales to carry out project support;

4. Responsible for technical explanation of projects and schemes for customers;

5. Prepared solutions and product selection according to customer requirements.

6. Prepared project tender, project application plan and other technical plan;

Job Requirements:

1. Computer related major, Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience, information security industry experience is preferred;

2. Have a strong sense of service, communication and coordination skills, good at learning, thinking and summarizing, strong language and written expression skills, strong sense of responsibility and safety;

3. Strong writing ability of documents, reports, plans and PPT, good communication and presentation skills;

4. Rigorous in work, with good customer service concept, responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to strong working pressure.
